"Fantastic Shopping Experience!"

I ran into a bit of trouble while trying to make an online order, so I decided to give the customer service number a ring. Instead of being put on hold for ages, I got through to Dasha S right away. It was a real pleasure chatting with someone so warm and eager to help. If all shopping experiences were like this, whether in-store or over the phone, life would be a whole lot better.
